I think Brian is some quite right because Sarah did give him the pome so it does belong to him. At the same time he should've asked Sarah if he could make it as a song because she made it, and they were her feelings. Also she didn't register the poem for a copyright, but how was she supposed to know that he was going to do that.
So I think Sarah should talk to Brian to at least tell everyone something positive about Sarah, like he was inspired by her or she gave him an idea of the song.
